Create conferences and calls for proposals #1

Attn @cczona

I wasn't sure where to start, so I started with modeling calls. I'm close to having a thin vertical slice where a user can create CfPs for a conference. There's a ton of logic to build, and the Twitter piece is still a ways away, but this is starting to come together.

I think that this is a state where we have a vertical slice from which to hang features on.
