The tweets are listed collectively of the conference overall, rather than broken out per individual event or individual CFP because:
Institutional memory.
Prospective speakers can evaluate big picture, including fuzzier stuff; e.g. would the conference's vibe probably fit me well?
Organizers' implicit expectations hopefully get more visible. CFPs usually have all sorts of info gaps that can be hard for organizers to spot on their own
Organizers can compare how their communication vs communication by conferences that have been more effective at cultivating gender diversity of speakers. In aggregate, everyone gets something akin(-ish) to A/B testing of the many different approaches out there.
Picking this criterion lets the lists happen auto-magically. Yay.
