What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. hostapd gui start with sudo
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

i386 latest versione on download page
Please provide any additional information below.

i have xubuntu 12.10 32bit

"with ubuntu 12.10.
What to do now to remove this error?

i have solve my problem in this way.
Install properly driver.. i make a adhoc connection with networkmanager.
after i run hostapd with conf file. (and i run dhclient wlan0 or my wii not 
recognize internet.)
