Github Link not linked (Small UX improvements) #21

  1. When connection fails (e.g. when Calliope mini is off), it shows "GATT ERROR". This should be renamed to "Connection Error" in English and "Verbindungsfehler" in german
  2. If app starts, and no Calliope mini was ever connected and you try to transfer program, it should show a message “No Calliope mini connected” (english) or "Kein Calliope mini verbunden" (german)
  3. Add Github Repository Link of Application to Contact Information: e.g. "Report Issues: github.com/calliope-edu/Calliope-Android-App"
