When to show »Remove Button« #26

Remove button is only shown, when the mini is paired, the corresponding pattern is drawn AND the mini is in DFU mode. it might be better show the remove button, regardless of the calliope mini being in DFU mode.

If the mini is not in DFU mode, we will not be able to connect to it and check if it is paired.
