At the beginning, the help pages were completely offline. For being able to edit them more easily, they are currently pulled from the Calliope website. When the user is offline, there is no possibility to access the help.
In the future, a reduced set of helpful advice should be visible in offline situations as well.
An offline Indicator should be included for the Editors (such as MakeCode) as well.
Furthermore it seems, that cashing of the website is no longer working.
