Better document example models #325

We should document some of our more complex example models (UK-Calliope, Euro-Calliope, Bangalore-Calliope) in terms of how they use Calliope functionality and how they describe certain technologies. This would cover tutorials on advanced functionality (#95) and library of techs (#94).

Should these be Jupyter notebooks? Or just going through the YAMLs in blocks and discussing what those blocks are doing? Who knows...
