Industry configuration is not added to metadata #387

What happened?

We create a metadata file for each build that includes some build metadata and importantly the entire configuration of the run. The industry configuration currently isn't added to it.

Can you specify? The config command in snakemake should have access to all the configuration. I believe I checked that it was written (it should be under industry).

Could you attach a log of the metadata you have?

This is wrong. Sorry, my bad. I wasn't aware you could use the "configfile" statement more than once.
