Update to Calliope v0.7 #432

What can be improved?

Templates and timeseries data processing need to be aligned to calliope v0.7. Although this could be done at some later stage, ideally we do it sooner so that custom constraints in non-electricity sectors (e.g. #385) can be implemented.
