Sort on mod date in projects #329

sort is alpha instead of by date

Reported by Instructor to Emma support Files under Emma Projects are sorting by date created instead of date modified. When the files are opened, modified changes are there and the modified date is correct. It's just the display order that's affected. --Laura Weaver
