Summary

[x] Flow -> Typescript
[x] Update example (using react-native-test-app)
[x] Add react-native-builder-bob
[x] .npmignore -> "files": [] in the package.json
- for testing use npm publish --dry-run
[x] Remove Circle CI
[x] Remove detox (will be replaced with Maestro)
