chore: fixup leftovers after upgrade; add titles to mini-app screens #31

Summary

After upgrade to 0.71 the experience of running host app degraded a bit. This PR improves it by:

bringing back icons linking
removing "react.gradle" usage
adding instructions to run "adb reverse"
updating repack to fix fast refresh
[extra] adding more variation to picsum images (all images were the same due to its cache)
[extra] adding titles to screens, as "Home" is misleading when I'm on a Booking page :D
