Summary

Added shopping app scaffold with material bottom tabs navigation. Added link to shopping app on host app services screen.

Test plan

  1. open host app
  2. open Services screen
  3. open Shopping application

Let's add a header title for this shopping tab, so it's not empty. and some temporary content like "work in progress" or so
