Motivation

The Card component can take a testID props following the documentation : https://callstack.github.io/react-native-paper/card.html#testID

@DCKT Thanks! I see you are really trying to push this project forward. What would you say about having write access so you can help with reviewing/merging PRs in a future? This project needs a good maintainer and I don't have that much time recently to handle it on my own.
