[UPGRADE] To Net6 and Umbraco 10 dependency #23

Hey Callum,

This PR upgrades the project to net6 and changes the Umbraco.CMS.Infrastucture dependency to v10.

You don't have a v10 branch so I couldn't target that for the PR unfortunately.

Hey @NikRimington, sorry I seemed to miss this one...

SuperValueConverters v4 is now out and supports Umbraco v9, v10 (LTS), and v11 so I will close this PR – thanks for contributing!
