Excluded IPublishedElement from GetTypeForAllowedTypes to let the default behaviour use IPublishedContent, see more https://github.com/callumbwhyte/super-value-converters/issues/12

Code looks great! Almost like I wrote it...

This is now released as part of v2.2.1 (for Umbraco 8) and v4.0.1 (for Umbraco 9+)
