Support for v8.10.0 #4

Hi Callum,

Is there any possibility you could please bring this up-to-date to support 8.10.0. I have tried adding the package and it just fails to boot.

Callum, We are also needing something like this. My system does not fail to boot but when adding the keys to Web.config it just has no impact. Examine.ExternalIndex.SupportProtectedContent remains set to false. I am using ver 8.10.1. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Robbie

8.11.1.- fails to boot after install.

I have a similar issue with v8.12.2 where the boot fails.

When I remove the Our.Umbraco.ExamineConfig.dll from bin folder the site is running again.
