add example nginx logs

This resolves #8

Anonymization steps for the logs:

• randomly assigned ip address 1:1, so that we still have patterns of usage from users but ip address is random
• randomly assigned user agent: taken from a list only off short user agents (< 40 chars) to avoid browser fingerprinting
• replaced all subscription emails with fake@example.com

Other than that these are operational ERDDAP logs so should give a realistic overview of the how the library works
