Privacy considerations #2

For potentially sharing the results of this logger, we should properly consider the privacy of users. This could include e.g. aggrregation/ipp substitution.

This will help potentially sharing some useful stats with the core ERDDAP team

Browser and device information should be anonymized in addition to IP.
