Events to be tracked include but not limited,

• [x] User Session (session_id, length of session, session beginning time, session ending time, location at the beginning of session, distance traveled)
• [x] Card swiped per session
• [x] Card opened per session
• [x] Views accessed (Card Deck View, History View, Feedback View, Card Details View, Map View)
• [x] First card open (number of cards swiped before the first card open, if the map view was open, if Go button was pressed)
• [x] Number of times reloaded/refreshed
• [x] Restaurant Feedback sent
• [x] App Suggestion/Feedback sent
• [ ] Last view before quitting the app (sent next time app launches)
• [x] App initialization loading time before cards are presented to users
• [ ] Errors caught during each session
• [ ] Network status each session (how long network is unavailable vs available)

For User Feedback Management, checkout these. I like helpshift a bit more. Didn't include zendesk here since its quite old fashioned and clunky, doesn't fit us.
