[Product] Sleep too early scenario not handled

right now it is 10:57 pm and when I click sleep it still gives too early error.

• [ ] thinking about better approach?
• [ ] add additional information in the alert view. like when can I sleep?
• [ ] alert view is not the final view present to user, right?

1. What's the wake up time for this case? I have set a arbitrary number of 3 hours for early sleep.
2. Agree to add more info such as reminding that user can change the alarm time or adjust your sleep length in setting
3. Need UI implementation from @justfinish
