Adds ambient sounds to the scenery
3D sounds working
Replaced the unused resolution option with ambient volume option (Ambient label needs better texture)

Approved, but not merging in case that tree rustling "arm" sound effect was unintended and you want to change it. Otherwise merge as you wish.
