BGM volume adjustment does not work if done during fade-in/fade-out #385

The volume of the BGM will not adjust properly if the player is changing it while it is fading in or fading out.

Steps:

  1. Launch game
  2. Quickly click on "Settings"
  3. Quickly lower or raise the BGM volume
  4. Observe the volume not adjusting correctly
