Finish game mode #410

  1. Finish Game Mode
  2. Update range and area component to improve performance when move unit.
  3. Add water filter to manipulate tile. It can no longer manipulate water tile and summon unit on it.

@calmackenzie that's something I forgot to remove after debuging
