Building the project with `/MD` instead of `/MDd` results in all kinds of weirdness #412

Changing the runtime library in the project settings to non-debug DLLs results in strange bugs. E.g. the loading screen can appear on top of everything; options menu enabled by default with weird coloured text; crash after some time
