Fix issue (last sprint) #438

  1. 430 and 427 are simple data change. closes 430 and closes 427

  2. 421 and 437 must change Initiative Tracker closes 421 closes 437

Note: To debug Initiative Tracker, I disable AI and make test deck be full of summoning witch

Fixes look good, but we should keep the AI on by default
