Adria doesn't start #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Double-Click on Adria.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After clicking on "Adria.exe" the program should start and the main window
should open (i hope so after all). When i do so, the information that the
"CodejockSoftware" trial is going to expire and then a windows window opens
with the message (caution, free translation here due to i don't know if it's in
english windows 7 version the same...): "Adria doesn't work anymore... a
solution for this problem is beeing searched for" (in german the text is:
"Adria funktioniert nicht mehr... Es wird nach einer Lösung für das Problem
gesucht"
after a few seconds where windows is searching for a solution another window
appears: "Adria doesn't work anymore... The program isn't working well because
of a problem. The program is beeing terminated and as soon as there's a
solution well contact you" (in german:"Adria funktioniert nicht mehr... Das
Programm wird aufgrund eines Problems nicht richtig ausgeführt. Das Programm
wird geschlossen und Sie werden benachrichtigt, wenn eine Lösung verfügbar
ist."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i'm using Adria 4.3 on Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry, forgot to say that when i downloaded the "setup.exe" file my Antivirus
software "Norton 360" ranked this file as "medium risk", it said its an
"Insight-Networkdanger".
i stoped it for the installation and even tried to run "Adria" while it stoped
but same issue.

I have a similar issue. Adria wont start at all and all I hear is the windows
error noise whenever i try to open it. No error message comes up though. I
don't get the codejock error though

You may need to download and install the Codejock thing on the downloads tab.
Adria wouldn't run for me until I installed that.

I am fairly sure the issue is just as zakassis suspected, just a lack of the
codejock controls, as such for now we will not take action on "fixing" this
issue.

If it is Norton then you will have to add some form of exception rule to allow
adria. Personally I have no experience with Norton 360 and cannot tell you how
to do this. However if you turn it off and reinstall adria you should at least
be able to verify if it really was norton that was causing the problem.
