delete_prompt config options doesn't seem to work #541

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set 'delete_prompt = False' in ~/.config/googlecl/config
2. Run google docs delete existingfile.txt

I would expect the file to be removed with no prompt. Instead I get:
Are you SURE you want to delete document "existingfile.txt"? (y/N):

Mac OS 10.7.5
googlecl 0.9.14
gdata 2.0.18
