Stop setting cookies on icons #38

Description

Cookies are being set on icons as they're served and this causes caches to ignore them

Steps to reproduce

Open the browser debug tools
Visit an icon such as https://quarchive.com/icons/47012c7b-8ec4-42e4-a462-b7a58a95ef4f.png

Expected result

Response nicely cached by local browser and cf-cache-status not set to BYPASS

Actual result

cf-cache-status set to BYPASS and local browser not caching them either
