Description

Deleted bookmarks are recreated on full sync

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a bookmark
  2. Delete the bookmark
  3. Do a full sync

Expected result

Bookmark not present in browser

Actual result

Bookmark present in browser

Can't reproduce - must have been fixed somewhere along the line
