Can't edit tags on bookmarks #59

Description

Looks like the form action for the subform got broken

Steps to reproduce

Go to "edit bookmark" page
Type a tag into the box
Click "add to list"

Expected result

Page loaded, tag now in box

Actual result

Goes to permalink page
