Brief overview

AS A user

I WANT to be able to browse links for a single, logical domain

SO THAT I can find stuff on both www.example.com and example.com

[ ] Split domain out into a separate table
- reference ids of that table as a foreign key
- do scheme too while at it
[ ] Use the public suffix list to offer example.com as a link rather than www.example.com
