Nimbus Chat receiving Server Errors #123

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Nimbus Chat
  2. Click on the question mark at the top of the screen
  3. Click on "What is Professor Lupo's email?"
  4. See error in console: "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (INTERNAL SERVER ERROR)"

Expected behavior Return the email of Professor Lupo

While this is one instance of the problem, I think this is a blanket issue across all queries.

Occurs on all platforms
