Asset Storage #9

Where do we store our images and videos? The Argo Tour must rapidly access large images and videos, and the Argo Editor will need to be able to perform CRUD operations on these assets. Check out Cloudinary and their competitors to see if any match our needs. We're gonna need a high-performance, but relatively low-cost solution with a good API that can be accessed from Python or JavaScript.
