Support json data protocol #10

What's new

Modifies the app to consume the JSON data agreed upon by the backend and frontend teams.

Still needs work

The app only renders a single location's image at present. Functionality needs to be restored to the overlays, and paths need to be restored and made a subset of overlays too.

Thanks for adding those hooks. Just for clarity, merging this into main will break location traversal, but we decided that's ok because we have a plan to make overlays/paths into components.
