Dear Juliana, at the top of the window, there are two values. One is the concentration relative to the dilution, and the other is the total number of cells detected in the image. If you change the dilution, the proportion will change. It is explained (in spanish) in the following document (page 24): https://zaguan.unizar.es/record/85008/files/TAZ-TFG-2019-3451.pdf

I'm using your OPEN-CASA in a macbook, and I've noticed that the results of concentration is obtained dividing the total number of spermatozoon per 23. What does 23 represent? What is the form you used to get concentration result? Best regards Juliana
