Update manual #263

The manual hasn't been updated for awhile, so it's very likely at least a little out of date.

Things to consider (not necessarily comprehensive):

[] Make sure pacifist, anama, and vahnatai character options are mentioned
[] Check for inaccuracies in spell descriptions and the like
[] Update any screenshots that are out of date (especially in the scenario editor docs)
[] Make sure the scenario editor appendices are fully up-to-date
