Incorrect damage values in bladbase items.xml #264

Arrows have incorrect item level, and as such, damage (11). https://github.com/calref/cboe/blob/master/rsrc/bases/bladbase/items.xml#L1994 Correct level (12) can be seen in VoDT. https://github.com/calref/cboe/blob/master/rsrc/scenarios/valleydy/items.xml#L2001 Same for iron/magic and possibly other arrow types.
Bolts have incorrect item level, and as such, damage (14). https://github.com/calref/cboe/blob/master/rsrc/bases/bladbase/items.xml#L2228 Correct level (17) can be seen in VoDT. https://github.com/calref/cboe/blob/master/rsrc/scenarios/valleydy/items.xml#L2235 Same for iron/magic and possibly other bolt types.

Hmmm… do you have any particular reason for treating VoDT as authoritative here? I'm not saying you're wrong, and VoDT is the beginner scenario so it might be reasonable to treat it as authoritative on some counts…

Values in VoDT match Exile 3 values.

Interesting… I wonder why bladbase is different, then. It's almost as if Jeff intentionally changed them and then intentionally changed them back… unless he made additional bladbase tweaks after he'd finished the other scenarios, or built bladbase separately or something…
