Update Accumulo version #35

The latest release is version 1.5

If we want to stay on 1.4 then maybe consider going to 1.4.3.

I think we should try to get to the point where we are able to build against 1.4.current & 1.5.current. The API changes (as to what we use) between these versions aren't extremely significant and we could probably do this in a profile. Maybe 1.4.current could be the default.

I have updated to 1.4.3 (the current release). Unfortunately there were some breaking api changes in 1.5.0 that prevent a profile from being used to allow builds against it.
