Need install instructions specific to setting up as a service under an Ubuntu LTS release (e.g. setting up systemd support, configuration and how it might integrate with an Apache2/NginX reverse proxy setup.

Document or script an installer to copy the cold.service example into the systemd system folder. Also need to document or script an installer to copy the cold binary into /usr/local/bin/ and configure settings.json in /usr/local/etc/cold/settings.json.

Document how to enable the cold service in systemd systems.
