Install onto betawork #17

Install into user test environment.

Installed update version on betawork. Without solving the relative URL rewrite issue in the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files. I need an automated way of adjust all the paths in these files based on the settings in settings.json and how the service is mapped into the front-end Apache proxy.

Test installation is working, path problems seem to be resolved.

Pathing and redirects now aligned. Updating example Apache conf block in documentations.
