Attachment is adding docs to the wrong path. #93

From ep, attachments are create directory PAIR_PATH/JSON_OBJECT_ID.xml/SEMVER and not storing the attachment as PAIR_PATH/SEMVER/JSON_OBJECT.xml. Need to see if this is an eprinttools error or a defecting in dataset code.

Problem showed itself in feeds.

Problem was in the eprinttools code base. No change required for dataset's libdataset
