doi2rdm: license handling #30

Map 'content-version' in crossref license fields to rights.description.en in RDM. This will transfer what CrossRef knows about the license, and then downstream processing in python can be used to figure out which license should be used and do further formatting.

This is fixed in upcoming v0.0.21 release.
