remove default role #33

Don't have a default role for creators. author doesn't exist, so the current default will generate an error

Probably can just delete ID: "author", and https://github.com/caltechlibrary/irdmtools/blob/d3315f4b819ee2cb34e0d2486d1583e234351829/eprint2rdm.go#L426
