fix these next:

[x] eprints2rdm: wrong publication
[x] eprints2rdm: rights mapping
[x] eprints2rdm: Add ORCIDs
[x] eprints2rdm: Transfer Other Numbering System and Series to custom field
[x] eprints2rdm: remove cls subjects

eprint2rdm wrong publication date. Reviewing the XML it looks like the publication date is in the <date> field correctly but the <date_type> element is missing so is not seen as a publication date for example eprintid 57302. Need to confirm when the date type is missing and if it is safe to assume a missing date_type should be treated as a publication date.

v0.0.48 release will contain all the fixes for the blocking issues related to caltechauthors repo.
