eprint2rdm: series mapping (and other mappings) #55

Map series to caltech:series and number to caltech:series_number. I think number gets reused in eprints for the journal issue, so only those records with a series value set should have number mapped in this way.

Example https://authors.caltech.edu/rest/eprint/120937.xml should go to

caltech:series: "Synthese Library",
caltech:series_number: "188",

eprint.Refereed didn't get mapped. will fix this and series in the issues in upcoming v0.0.54 release.

Editors got mapped as "other" for their roles, should have role of "editor" in eprint2rdm.

The eprint.Refereed mapping needs further discussion will NOT make it into v0.0.54 release.

Fixed editor handling in eprint2rdm and rdm2eprint., fixed series mapping and imprint handling, added other numbering system to rdm2eprint in upcoming v0.0.54 release.

Per meeting, refereed should not be crosswalked.
