ep3util harvest sanity check maybe wrong #64

When I installed on a new machine and had what I think is a correct environment ep3util harvest failed with the markup for man page. I need to show an error of why it failed (not how to use program) and also make sure I am not requiring environment variables that aren't needed by ep3util.

Miss read the logged error, this appears to be a problem with rdm2eprint not ep3util.
