I need to handle the mapping of the OfficialURL where their is no resolver identifier available. This should default to the URL or path for Invenio-RDM instance which should always be in an RDM record. See feeds v1.5 issue #102.

Also noticed that primary and related objects were not using full urls, this should be fixed too.
