Figure out which feeds field we want to use for active. Inactive folks shouldn't be tagged with the Caltech ROR on export.

I'm just making a note here because I realized I hadn't documented by thinking else where.

When cold is up it could include the generation of the people vocabulary used by RDM. It should also provide a simple API to get a list of clpid for CaltechPEOPLE and glpid for CaltechGROUPS.

I don't think there is an easy way to do this else where given the feeds needs a curated list versus anyone connected with Caltech (e.g. all historic Faculty and Alumni).
