Add default affiliation to people2vocabulary #8

Add the caltech affiliation to everyone in feeds when exporting through people2vocabulary. This is primarily to deal with an Invenio bug, but is also an accurate description of how we use feeds.

I've implemented this in the next release of irdmtools (later today, 2023-05-22). It is enabled by default under the flag -clrules. If you want to generate the vocabulary without automatic Caltech affiliations then run with -clrules=false.

I will also default the flag -csv to true since that is our primary use case until I implement cold.
